Today is the first day I took part in the P.E coaching .
At first, we ran 400 meters for warm-up, then, we did some warm up activities to get ready for the next activities. Teacher asked us to run 200 meters, after that, we all felt tired. Rest for a minute, we ran pick-ups for 50 meters and 100 meters. An hour later, the coaching ended.
When I came back home, I felt sore back and sore legs, what a tired day I had!
