Everyone has different eating habit. A good eating habit can help people to keep healthy. But a bad eating habit will lead to some healthy problems. I like healthy food,like vegetables,fruits,fish ,milk, and so on.These healthy food is good for us. And I think it‘s important to eat a good breakfast. I usually eat an egg ,some bread and milk in the morning. At lunch, I would like to eat some rice and chicken. I'd like to have noodles and vegetable for dinner. After dinner, I will drink some tea. I also like junk food. They are really tasty. But I only eat it once a week. I think they are unhealthy. As you can see, my good eating habbit make me stronger and have energy.
