One year ago.I'm a lazy boy.And I hardly ever to execise,so I'm too thin and I feel weak of all subject.But now I have a few muscle.Because I execise every morning.And my eating habits are pretty good.For breakfast,sometimes I eat porridge and sometimes I eat some noodles.I often eat a bowl of rice,a lot of vegetables and a little meat for lunch or dinner.I never eat junk food,because I think it's not kind of my health.So,I don't weak in all subject now.My healthy lifestyle helps me get good grades.So you see,it's important to have a healthy lifestyle.
