Hello! I'm Tom. I'm 12 years old. I'm a haelthy boy. My favorite food are tomatoes and chicken. My favorite fruit are oranges and apples. I usually have eggs and milk for breakfast. Sometimes I have bread and juce for breakfast. For lunch, I like rice tomato,and chicken. I usually eat fruit after lunch. I like sald and fruit for dinner. I always eat an apple after dinner. I don't like hanburgers and ice-cream, because they are not healthy, and I don't want to be fat.
