Halloween is on October 31st, the last day of october. Halloween is a dress-up day. Halloween is a costume day. Every Halloween, Frank wears Superman clothes. So Frank is a Superman on Halloween. He wears the red boots,the blue pants, the yellow belt, the red cape and the blue shirt. Frank ia always happy on Halloween.
