My favorite food is mapo tofu .It's the most popular food in Sichuan.To make this special food,we need to have tofu,pepper and some meat.First,wash the pepper and cut it up.Next,cut the meat into small pieces.Then,cut the tofu into pieces.Finally,cook them in the pot for thirty minutes.When it is ready,pour them on a plate and cover it with gravy.Now,it's time to enjoy it with your friend!
