I am Zhang San, one of your customers.
I am writting to let you know the accident happened to me in your supermarket on April 16.
On April 16, 2006, I entered your supermarket to buy something for my parents. Since I wanted to buy some tomato jams, so I stopped at the shelf and tried to fetch one of the tomato jam can. Just at that time, I was hit by a large fish can falled off from the top of the shelf. The hit had caused an injure on my back and it took me 3 week to recover. Until now, I can still feel pain on my back.
I think that's something that should not have happened in your supermarket and it does can be avoided by not placing heavy goods on the top of the shelves. I hope you may consider my suggest and improve your shopping environment, preventing such kind of accident from happening again. Thanks!
