【5】How to keep healthy

    Keep healthy is not very difficult. But health is very important to us teenagers. How to keep healthy? There are three things I think are the most important. First, eat a balanced diet. Drink milk every morning is good for this. And don’t eat junk food more than two times a week. It’s very important to have good eating habits. Second is enough sleep. Third, we need more exercise to be healthy. We should exercise five times a week. As you can see, keep healthy is very easy.
