Everybody wants to keep healthy.But somebody don't know how to do it.If you want to keep healthy,you must have a healthy lifestyle.Now,let me show you mine.
I get up at around 6:00 in weekday and 8:00 in weekend.I get up early,so I go to bed early too.I go to bed at about 10:00.So I can work hard.
I eat fruits and vegetables every day.They give me nutrition and help me work hard.Of course,I love junk food.I eat it two or three times a week.I never drink coffe.It has caffeine.It's unhealthy.
I do sports every day.It can help me keep healthy and make me feel happy.
