Dear Peter,
I am glad to get your letter.Now I'd like to tell you about my meals .For breakfast ,I always have bread and
eggs .And I have porridge or milk .I have enough time for lunch. I often have noodles ,dumplings or rice ,vegetables ,meat and soup. I often have a rest after lunch because I am full .I eat a few food for dimner. I have porridge and vegetables .I eat fruit every day .I usually eat apples ,pears and bananas .They are healthy.
