Hi!I am Betty . My favorite sports are run and rope skipping . Why? Because these both good for my heath . I run three times a week . I rope skipping every day . I feel I in unconsiouly love them . Althouh I can't do them well , I like them very much . I like playing sports very much , because they can help us keep heathly .
