   It's important for everyone to keep healthy.As for myself,how do I keep healthy?First,I think do exercise every day is important.So I do exercise every morning.And I like many kinds of sports, such as running,swimming,playing basketball and so on. Second,I have a good eating habit.I like eat vegetables,fish and fruit very much,and I hardly ever eat junk food.I think eat junk food is not healthy.Third,I sleep early and get up early.I go to bed at nine o'clock every evening.I think the best way to keep my healthy.
