We must have a good health. However, how to keep healthy?
First, physical exercise is necessary for us. We must do enough exercise every day. We can choose to play basketball, football, swimming and so on. But as for me, I think of running is very interesting.
Second, food to give us enough energy. Breakfast is the most important three meals a day. To go to school or work don't eat breakfast is harmful to our health. We should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat. A cup of milk every day is necessary.
