I like sports,but I like running best.
I don't know why I like, maybe most people don't like. For most people, sprint is easier.Long-distance run is difficult.It requires endurance and skills.
We can't escape, will have to choose to face it, and to enjoy it. Learn to enjoy life though hard up.
I like running.
