Are you healthy?Do you have healthy lifestyle?Well,if you want to keep fit,you should do many things to take care of your health,such as not to eat too much junk food,eat more vegetables and fruit,not to stay up late and so on.In my opinions,the best way to keep healthy is exercise.It is good for our mind and body,we can also have fun.I always exercise.I run on the playground with my friends after class every day.I have P.E. class three times a week.
But my eating habits are not good.I have breakfast every morning and I have a number of vegetables and fruit three times a day.And I do not like juice.I like milk and I drink it every day.However,I like eating junk food.I often have it two to four times a week,I guess.
I always get up at a quarter past six a.m.And then I have breakfast and go to school.I go home at nine o'clock p.m.Usually I go to bed at ten thirty.However,I stay up late at times.For example,I often play computer games on Friday evening,so I often get up late tomorrow,I know it is bad for my health but I can't help doing it as what I say.
This is my lifestyle.I will go on taking care of my health.I think as long as you can do more exercise,eat more vegetables and fruit,have a balanced diet,go to bed early and not to stay up late,you will be healthy.
