Healthy is very important. Now let me tell you how to keep healthy.

First, we should have healthy lifestyle. We should exercise three or four times a week. And eating habits is very important too. Drink lots of water and less coffee. Try to eat a lot of vegetables and less meat. You shouldn’t eat too much junk food. It’s bad for our health. And sleep nine hours every night is good and so on.
