Health is wealth!Keep healthy is very important to us. But how to keep healthy is a problem.
As we know, food gives us energy. So first, we must have enough food everyday. We should eat fresh fruit and vegetables but less meat. We shouldn't eat bad food or drink sour milk. Because they are bad for our body. The second, we should do more exersise. We can play basketball, soccer and volleyball or swim and skate. Swimming is good for our body. Walking is good for our legs.So we must do more exersise.
