With the development of our society,China has shaked off poverty and attain a comfortable standard of living in general.But peasants who pour into the city for jobs are confronted with such unfair treatments, low pay and poor guarantee of their jobs, shortage of social insurance especially their children's education problem.The first step of government to take is to solve migrant student issue so that the children have the equal right to go to shool without discrimination from others.
